We disclaim all liability for:

• any errors or omissions in Content;
• any consequences resulting from your use of the Service.Our aggregate maximum liability to you is limited to £1000 (or the equivalent amount in other currencies) and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us, our licensors and suppliers against all claims arising from:

• your breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• your unauthorized use of Content or the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any part of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Service and these Terms and Conditions.
